We can assist individuals in securing their own tenancies in one of our properties or through one of our housing partners. We offer both independent and shared accommodation options, thoughtfully arranged to bring together individuals with similar and complementary needs.

Personalised support in your own home
We provide personalised outreach support to individuals in their own homes and communities, helping them live independently while staying connected to familiar surroundings.
Our outreach services cover a wide range of practical and emotional support, including:
- Budgeting and money management
- Household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
- Shopping and attending appointments
- Managing medications
- Support with social, recreational, and community activities
Support is available from as little as 4 hours a week up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Outreach support is also a valuable option for families, offering respite on a regular basis or for short-term breaks.
