2. The information we collect

• Enquiry details: when you call, email, WhatsApp or use the enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you give us, typically your name, company, phone number, email address and the details of the work you are asking about.
• Business records: if you become a customer or supplier, we hold the records needed to deliver and account for the work, such as bookings, delivery addresses, proof of delivery documents and invoicing details.
• Technical information: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the website running reliably.

3. How we use it and our lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries and providing quotes: legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have made).
• Delivering haulage and contract services: performance of a contract with you or your business.
• Invoicing, accounts and tax records: compliance with our legal obligations.

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer and supplier records are kept for the life of the relationship plus the periods required by law (normally six years for accounting records).
